At the final race of The Rural Series at Horsham,Tom Barkmeyer won his age group and was 2nd overall in 62.00 minutes for the 500/20/5 event.Other age group winners were Russ Tremayne 69.18 and Jac Tremayne 78.34. Anthony Melllors 70.51 came 3rd.
Over in S.Aus at Kingston S.E.Adele Garwood clocked 3h05m30s for the 1500/40/10 race.
Gatorade Melbourne 750/20/5. Shai Obrien won the open women in 71.14.
Fraser Walsh 2nd male open 60.52, John Svanosio 70.26.
Congratulations to Sharon Baker and Stewart Scoble on making the Aust. Team for World Duathlon Championships in Adelaide come Oct.

At Central Goldfields Reverse Triathlon over 3.9k run 23k cycle 400mt swim Alex Evans continued his fine form with a 4th place overall.The race was won by Luke Baker in 56.31 and Sarah Dodie 64.57.
Age group placings went to 1st Tom Barkmeyer, Joanne Russell, Gavin Fiedler and the team of Ross Mcphee/Hudson Crothers/Rob Gibson.
2nd placings to Karina Spencer, Helen Kavanagh, Jac Tremayne, Tony Vlaeminck and the team of Sandy Crother/Dave Perris/Lou Murray.
